Why Change Pennsylvania's Approach to Manufacturing?

In the past 10 years, we've lost 22 percent of manufacturing jobs.  Pennsylvania has lost more then 47,000 manufacturing jobs in the past two years.  That's 2,000 jobs per month.  Service industry jobs (which don't pay nearly as well) have gone up 14% over the past decade.  Many service industry workers must work multiple jobs to make ends meet.  Pennsylvania was recently ranked by industry executives as of one of five states with the least fair tax environment.
